Perfect for everyday wear, our gorgeous and unusual Circle of Life pendant is rich in meaning and beautifully symbolic. To some the circle symbolizes eternity, unity and the continuous cycle of life. Yet others believe it represents wholeness, balance, and the connections between the past, present, and future. It can also signify everlasting love, the journey of life, family bonds, or a personal journey of coming 'full circle'.  It is also believed that the hole in the middle represents a door leading to things that are as yet undiscovered.  No matter what you believe, the meaning can also be personal to the wearer, holding a unique and intimate significance.

What makes this solid silver pendant even more special is that it has been made from a slice of nature - an oak twig. The mighty oak in itself is full of symbolism too. It represents strength, endurance and wisdom.

Using the ancient and traditional lost wax casting method, this sterling silver circle, has been cast from a real oak twig. 

As with all my other castings from nature, every organic detail, nodule textures and growths found on the twig has been perfectly captured revealing a detailed and true-to-life piece of jewellery. Rough edges have been filed smooth, so it is comfortable to wear.

The finish on this necklace has a high shine. They are also available in different sizes and with an oxidised patina.
