Lace Collection

One of my most feminine and romantic collections.

Lace symbolizes luxury, status, love, purity, and femininity, evolving from an elite marker of wealth in historical Europe to representing tradition, sensuality, and intricacy in modern fashion, especially bridal wear.

Lace is versatile and looks equally at home on a romantic goth outfit as it does on bridal gown.

A bit behind the designs.
I started experimenting with casting lace in my first year of university. To say it was difficult to do is an understatement, but I persevered - which resulted in some lovely pieces.

I was shortlisted for the Pewter Live competition in 2012. I was lucky enough to be able to have the choice of submitting a design from one of two of my collections – one of which was the lace collection.  I chose to submit Foxwod a kinetic pendant, for which I received second place.
