Using the ancient and traditional lost wax casting method, these vermeil (gold plate over sterling silver) twig earrings, have been cast from a real oak twig.
As with all my other castings from nature, every organic detail and texture of the nodules and growths found on the twig has been perfectly captured revealing a detailed and true-to-life piece of jewellery. Rough edges have been filed smooth, so it is comfortable to wear.
Our oak twig collection also features, unisex cuffs, rings, cufflinks and earring - all with a variety of finishes.
These large lovely earrings are gold plated vermeil ( gold plate over sterling silver). They are also available in sterling silver in a polished or and oxidised finish and all are available is different sizes ( small, med large)
